Job description

As a member of the NFG commercial team this position is responsible for overall day-to-day sales activities of NFG in Europe.

This position reports to the Head of Sales (based in Munich) and will ensure NFG is providing commercial and operational excellence, delivering superior customer service and focusing on continuous improvement for our sales activities and client relationships. Internal communications with operations, logistics and finance departments.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years' commercial experience in the fruit business (or FMCG)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • International trading experience (import/export)
  • Ability to interact with people across multiple functional areas and across various levels within an organization
  • Strong ability to solve problems while also building relationships and strengthening our message of “TEAM”.
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to determine when & how to best communicate across the teams – both verbal and written skills are critical
  • Process improvement type of thinker
  • Action-oriented with the ability to be flexible as needs of the business shift
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective in planning and managing project timelines
